Wolf Blass Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon, South Australia, 2005

A classic wine of great character and distinction from South Australia. Wolf Blass Wines was established in 1966 by our founder Wolf Blass. He adopted the national symbol of his homeland, the eagle, as his emblem and source of inspiration, which takes pride of place on every bottle of Wolf Blass wine. Today, Wolf Blass enjoys an international reputation as a producer of some of Australia's great wines. This Cabernet Sauvignon is part of the Yellow Label range of single varietal wines sourced from premium vineyards throughout South Australia. Following fermentation this wine underwent oak maturation, resulting in a soft and round wine with good length of flavor that can be enjoyed now or cellared for several years. Screwcaps were used to ensure freshness and preserve the character of the wine. -Wolf Blass AM - Founder. 13.5% Alc/vol. Product of Australia.
