Mano A Mano Red Wine, 2007
A hand-made wine created in the spirit of collaboration. Hand-harvested grapes are selected from the best vines in La Mancha by our seasoned field team then passed on to the agile hands of our winemaker (Mano a Mano). The result is a carefully made wine: long slow fermentation is followed by gentle aging in French oak to create a balanced tinto with vanilla, spice, robust red fruit and a rich finish. Food: Roasts, grilled meats or vegetables and of course, a chunk of Manchego! 100% Tempranillo. Aged in French oak for 6 months. Alc. 14% by vol. Product of Spain.
